📦 Order Placement Guide: Step-by-Step Instructions for Smooth Ordering
Works on both desktop and mobile. Use JB020 as the running example.
How to place an order and pay?
Our products are sourced from all manufacturers that have contracted to cooperate. Although we have work hard to supervise and check the quality, each buyer has different requirements for quality, so before you place a larger order, please place a samaller order first to ensure that the product quality and delivery cycle are within your expectation.
Which type of customer are you?
Welcome to the shopping world of Minyang Clothing. Please tell us which type of customer you are:

Wholesale customers — enter our wholesale website to purchase and add the products you need. You can choose any goods and quantities on the website, but the minimum total purchase amount is 300 US dollars to enjoy the wholesale price. Follow the process to fill in the products you need, color and quantity. When you choose, the salesperson will calculate the total product unit price and freight costs for you, as well as logistics time, and inform you of the payment method!

Customized customers — customize products and LOGO, bags, boxes and other samples you need according to your requirements.

Retail customers — only need to purchase one for personal use, directly enter our retail website channel, there are the latest products, choose the style you like, fill in the address, and pay directly.
NEWMethod 1 — B2B Multi-Color Ordering
Use this for any B2B-tagged product (look for the multi-color swatch panel on the right side of the product page). It lets you pick multiple colors and quantities in one go — the system then adds them to the cart as separate line items automatically.
Open the product page
Go to Best Selling in the top menu, or open a product directly. We'll use JB020 Printed Double-Sided Modal Hijab as the example.
The right side of the product page shows the wholesale price tiers (10–50 / 51–100 / 101+ pcs). Volume discount is applied automatically based on the total piece count in your order.
Click the colors you want
You can select multiple colors at the same time. The swatches show the available colorways — each selected color gets a small red badge with the quantity you've set for that color.
In the example below, the customer selected 3 colors: #1 (7 pcs), #4 (11 pcs), and #8 (10 pcs). Each one carries its own count badge.
Set the quantity for each color
After clicking a color, the Quantity row underneath shows that color's subtotal. Use the – / + buttons (or type the number) to set the quantity for that color. The Order Summary at the bottom updates in real time and shows the total pieces and total price across all selected colors.
In the example, the order summary shows Total: 28 pcs / $145.32 — the 7+11+10 you just entered.
Add to Cart (or Buy Now)
When your order summary looks right, click one of the two buttons:
- Add To Cart — adds the items to the cart so you can keep shopping and check out later.
- Buy Now — skips the cart and takes you straight to checkout.
Either way, all the colors and quantities you just set are preserved as separate line items in the cart.
Review the cart
In the cart, every color you picked shows up as its own line item with its own quantity and subtotal. You can adjust quantities, remove a color, or add an order note.

OLDMethod 2 — Old-Style Ordering
For products that don't have the multi-color B2B picker (most older listings). The flow is: read the color chart in the product description → write your color+size+qty breakdown in the "ENTER THE SIZE AND COLOR YOU WANT" box → set total quantity in the regular qty selector → add to cart → don't forget the order note.
Find the color chart in the product description
Scroll down past the wholesale pricing block until you reach the product description. There you'll find a numbered color chart (e.g. #1, #2, #3 …) showing all available colorways. Note the numbers of the colors you want.
Write your color & quantity breakdown in the text box
Find the "ENTER THE SIZE AND COLOR YOU WANT:" text box further down the same product page. Type the colors and quantities you want, one per line, using the format shown in the placeholder.
Example for JB020:
#1--100PCS, #4--200PCS, #7--150PCS, #8--50PCS
Set the total quantity, then add to cart
Use the regular quantity selector (– / 0 / +) somewhere on the product page — any one of them works — to set the total purchase quantity across all colors you listed in step 7. Then click Add To Cart (or Buy Now).
⚠️ Fill the order note on the cart page REQUIRED
When you reach the cart page, click the "Add order note" text box on the right side and re-enter the same color/quantity breakdown you wrote in step 7. Example:

The rest of the flow is the same whether you used Method 1 or Method 2.
Click the CHECKOUT button
On the right side of the cart, click the brown CHECKOUT button. (You can also click the yellow PayPal button underneath for an express PayPal checkout — it skips the address form.)
Fill in your delivery information
Enter your contact and shipping address on the left column. Choose the shipping method shown once the address is filled in.
Choose how you want to pay
You have two ways to finish the order:
- PayPal — you'll be redirected to PayPal and complete payment immediately.
- Bank Deposit (submit order) — the order is generated on our side without an instant payment. We'll send you the bank details and you wire the money later. Use this if you want to confirm stock and total with our sales team first.
Pick one option under the Payment block.
Confirm billing address & finish
Under Billing address, choose Same as shipping address (default) or Use a different billing address if your invoice needs to go somewhere else. Then click the black Pay now button at the bottom to submit.
You'll be redirected to PayPal (if you chose PayPal) or you'll see the order confirmation page (if you chose Bank Deposit). A copy of the order is also sent to your email.
FAQ & Tips
Q: I can't find a multi-color picker on the product I want.
A: That product uses the old ordering method. Scroll down to the product description, read the color chart, and follow Method 2 above.
Q: I want to add more colors after I've already added some to the cart.
A: Just go back to the product page, click additional colors, set their quantities, and click Add To Cart again. Each new color becomes a new line item — nothing is overwritten.
Q: Can I change quantities after adding to cart?
A: Yes. On the cart page, use the – / + buttons on each line item, or click Remove to drop a color.
Q: What's the difference between "Pay now" and "submit order (Bank Deposit)"?
A: Pay now completes the payment during checkout (via PayPal). submit order creates the order without an instant payment — our team then sends you the bank transfer details, and you pay once the order is confirmed.
Q: Do I need to use the "Add order note" box?
A: Only if you used Method 2 (the old ordering method) — the note is required there so we know your color breakdown. For Method 1 (B2B multi-color), the cart already knows your colors, so the note is optional.
Q: I'm using mobile — will the steps look the same?
A: Yes, the steps are identical. The buttons and color swatches are stacked vertically on mobile instead of side-by-side, but the labels and flow are the same.
